Qualitative Evaluation Focus Groups and Interviews

Pierce County is seeking a college or university to conduct personal interviews and focus groups with renters and landlords and compensate participants for their lived experience expertise for a qualitative evaluation of Pierce County’s Eviction Prevention program. Funding in the amount of $19,000 is available for these services with an expected contract term of one year, with the right to extend. Additional funds may be made available.
