(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated building management systems.• Building control systems with a modern, cloud–based open–protocol Building Automation System (BAS).• Achieve seamless integration of disparate building systems without reliance on proprietary hardware, firmware, or software.• Enable future system expansion and third–party integrations using industry–standard protocols.• Promote energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational transparency through open access to system data.• Deploy a solution inclusive of monitoring, maintenance, patching, and software upgrades.• A distributed, IP–based system utilizing the framework as the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) platform.• Providing graphical user interfaces, alarming, trending, reporting, and system management.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
