On-Call Printing Services

The City issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call printing services. The City’s recurring printing needs include, but are not limited to: Parks and Recreation Department Quarterly activity guide Up to 48 pages of full color Full stitch and trim 70 gloss cover Approximately 25,000 copies Delivery to Post Offices for bulk mail, and direct to the Parks and Recreation Department for internal distribution. Large events Postcard mailers Informational, and directional signing/wayfinding signage Banners Senior Newsletter Business Cards Departmental stationary, including letterhead, note pads, sticky notes. Printed promotional materials, including informational booklets, brochures (including folding / tri-fold), building / park maps, and program and event flyers. Bound documents, such as booklets, reports, specification documents, etc. Full size and half size design and construction drawing plans. Scanning services, including large format scanning (i.e. maps, plans) and reproduction. Building signage, name plates, and plaques (metal, plastic / resin / phenolic), and engraving.
