Dane County Courthouse District Attorney's Office Renovation

Dane County is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the Project Title , located at Project Address . This project involves the full buildout of new fourth-floor office space, major renovation of the vacated third-floor area including expansion of the existing mezzanine, and mechanical upgrades to the second-floor Air Handling Unit through installation of a new supply fan array. Work will be delivered under a lump sum contract.
