The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in setting up and operating a community-driven commercial kitchen (approximately 1,200 square feet) located on the ground floor in an existing community building located at Virginia Avenue Park, 2200 Virginia Avenue in Santa Monica, CA for an initial term of five (5) years with one (1) option for renewal of an additional five (5) years, to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion.
