The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids for a pickleball facility located at 2641 Paige Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168. Phase 1 consists of the construction of the pickleball courts. Sealed bids must be in accordance with this Invitation to Bid, the bid response, the Scope of Work, all Exhibits, and all Attachments.
