The City of Golden is seeking proposals for Project Title . Proposals are due no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Questions must be submitted no later than Question Submission Time on Question Submission Date . Proposals and Questions must be submitted through the E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofgolden . All Candidate inquiries will be responded to collectively, prior to the “Clarification Deadline” in the schedule noted below. A clarification with replies to all questions will be posted on OpenGov through an RFQ/P Addendum.
