(1) Vendor needs to provide bus rapid transit real–time information solution and digital signs supplies.– Provide a complete, turnkey solution and shall serve as the systems integrator for all system components and interfaces.– System design, hardware procurement, installation, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, training, warranty, and support services.Task 1 – Digital display system design:– Utilize existing station power and communications infrastructure wherever feasible.– Implement a centralized, hub‑and‑spoke architecture managed through a unified CMS.– All system components shall support centralized monitoring, remote diagnostics, and remote firmware or software updates.Task 2 – Phased implementation:– Project shall be implemented using a phased deployment approach to reduce integration risk and validate system performance.Task 3 – Software and hosting:– Provide all software necessary to operate the digital display system, including CMS, device management tools, and integration components.– Retain ownership of all data, content, and configurations created within the system.Task 4 – Integration with AVL system:– Native ingestion of ‑realtime data, including trip updates, vehicle positions, and service alerts.– Verification that the displayed arrival information matches the AVL output.– Content governance and priority:– Emergency and life‑safety messaging.– Real‑time arrival information.– Service advisories and detours.– Public information and rider messages.– Sponsored or marketing content.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
