Full-Size Cargo Van w/ Upfitting for Crisis Negotiation Team

The City of Pasadena invites bids from qualified vendors who can furnish the City with a fully upfitted Police Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) Van as described in the specifications of this document. The CNT Van will serve as an on-site mobile field asset for the Pasadena Police Department to provide support to specially trained Staff responding to and managing critical incidents. To be eligible for consideration, bids must be presented in accordance with the instructions defined within this solicitation and within the time frame specified. It shall be the responsibility of the selected vendor to meet all conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation.
