ITB-CS - Safety Products, Equipment & Supplies

The City of Bartow is seeking catalog or retail discounts from qualified vendors interested in supplying various safety supplies, products and equipment for the City of Bartow city departments on an ongoing as needed basis in accordance with the scope of work and specifications provided herein. Each department is located throughout the City but within City limits. The commodities (“Goods”) requested include, but are not limited to, safety boots, vests, eyewear, first aid kits, gloves, hard hats, and more needed to assist with City departmental supply and operating needs. Vendors shall provide the City of Bartow with a minimum 10% discount off the current list price. List price means the current MSRP or retail price, additionally current pricing is the vendor’s current price for an item, whether it is on sale or not. Vendors must be able to provide quotes and invoices showing at a minimum either original price, plus a 10% discount, or the sale price, plus a 10% discount. The percent discount can be shown by individual item being purchased or off the total order. All responsive, responsible Vendors whose submittal meets the minimum qualifications, terms, conditions and has provided all the forms/documentation required of this solicitation, will be placed on a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) to provide the goods upon being approved by City management.
