Description
The work shall include, but shall not be limited to, on demand asphalt paving and asphalt patching services performed on an âas neededâ basis for repairs, maintenance, renovations, and other related work on City streets, parking lots, trails, and other paved areas at City-owned facilities and properties in and around the City of Salem. The Contractor(s) shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and record documentation necessary to perform the work. Offerors may propose on one or both service categories: (1) Asphalt Paving and (2) Asphalt Patching. Work will be authorized through individual Purchase Agreements on a Fixed Price, Unit Price, or Time and Materials basis, and no single project shall exceed $500,000, as described in the Scope of Work.
