EDUCATION-17699 - USA (Elizabeth, West Virginia) - Visually Impaired Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide visually impaired services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, WV.                                     – Provider will deliver specialized instruction, functional vision assessments, and support for students with visual impairments to ensure equitable access to the educational curriculum.• Provide in person direct instruction as per student’s Individual Education Program (IEP).• Conduct initial and triennial vision assessments. • Collaborate with teacher to complete program required assessments, general education teachers, parents, and Schools for the Deaf and the Blind outreach services.  • Participate in IEP meetings and ensure all services adhere to federal agency regulations. • Serve an estimated caseload of 10 students across 3 school sites. • Utilize the county assigned documentation of services program.(2) The contract period will be one year.
