Design Services - ACHD Headquarters Employee Kitchen Remodel

The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms with demonstrated expertise in interior design to provide limited professional services for the renovation and repurposing of an existing commercial kitchen. The project scope includes the conversion of the space into a functional employee breakroom and an adjacent storage room. All prospective respondents are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Submission Meeting and Site Visit , scheduled for: Date: June 18, 2025 Time: 9:00 AM (Mountain Standard Time) Location: 5800 North Meeker Avenue, Boise, Idaho Attendance at this meeting is mandatory . Failure to attend will result in your proposal being deemed Non-Responsive and therefore ineligible for consideration. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit any questions or requests for clarification in writing in advance via the "Questions and Answers" section of the ACHD eProcurement Portal . This will help ensure all necessary information is obtained prior to the procurement process.
