Architectural Design Services for DSS Offices at TGH First Floor Kitchen

The County of Tuolumne through its General Services Agency ("County") is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural Firms to remodel a roughly three thousand square foot space that previously functioned as a kitchen into office space for the Department of Social Services. This space was part of the former County General Hospital. Attached is a Google map showing the campus and this space as outlined in black. The space has been completely gutted, pipes have been capped off, and flooring removed. The Department of Social Services has worked with County Facilities Management on the new office layout, which are also attached. The County is seeking an Architectural Firm to provide designs and specifications based upon this layout.
