(1) Vendor needs to provide draft plans reproduction services to the government authority located in Mountain View, CA.– Full–service large format copy/reproduction service provider to produce.– Plan Sheets—24”x 6”, single–sided, 30% Recycled Engineering Bond, 20# white. – One inch (1”) wraparound cardstock border on the left side. Two hundred (200) sheets or less—use Heavy–Duty (HD) Staple binding in four (4) places. – Two hundred (200) sheets or more—use 3–hole punch with screw post binding. – Reduced–Size Plans—11” x 17” duplex, 20# white paper, with front–and–back colored 65# cover, 30% recycled paper stock.– Electronic file original, first–out prints – Electronic file additional prints/sets – Reduced–Size Plans, 12”x18” prints – Large Format Color print, additional prints – Edge Binding, HD staples, up to 200 sheets – Edge Binding, 3–hole punch/screw post, over 200 sheets – Scan 8.5”x11” to file, PDF format, no output – Scan 11”x17” to file, PDF format, no output (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2026.
