(1) Vendor needs to provide construction auditing services to the government authority located in Morgantown, WV. – Provide financial auditing of contracts for construction management (CM) at risk projects using a cost–plus fee with a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) structure.– General consulting on construction auditing, cost controls, contract language, and best practices. – Ensuring adherence to the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) and promoting a transparent, accountable delivery process.  – Analysis of accounting systems, including payroll, rate structures, and cost allocation. – Contract compliance, including review of allowable costs and charges. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 10,2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16,2026.
