(1) Vendor needs to provide school psychology services to the government authority located in North Dakota.• Complete approximately 80 psychoeducational evaluations and re–evaluations annually.• Serve as case manager for initial evaluations.• Participate as a multidisciplinary team member for revaluations.• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations using FPS–approved assessment procedures.• Prepare written evaluation reports and complete required documentation, including medicaid documentation when applicable.• Participate in eligibility determination meetings and IEP meetings.• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district procedures.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
