Environmental Services RFP for the HSIP Cycle 12 - Guardrail and End Treatment Upgrade Project

Napa County Department of Public Works requests proposals from qualified professional firms to provide environmental services, which may include, but are not limited to, biological and cultural resources services. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, preparation of an Archaeological Survey Report (ASR), Historic Property Survey Report (HPSR), Local Historic and Tribal Records Search, and other related services as required for this federally funded project. The County assumes that this project will require a CEQA Categorical Exemption and a NEPA Categorical Exclusion. Napa County will be the lead agency for CEQA and will design the guardrails in-house and prepare the Plans, Specifications, Estimate, right-of-way certification, construction management, and other services for this project.
