RFP - To Provide Engineering Services for Lynnwood WWTP Major Upgrades Project

The City of Lynnwood Public Works Department (City) has prepared this Request for Proposal (RFP) to retain an experienced and qualified engineering consulting firm for specified professional services (Services) to assist with planning, environmental analysis, permitting, and engineering design for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Major Upgrades Project (Project). The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering comprehensive design services, including preparation of engineering reports, development of plans, specifications, and cost estimates (PS&E), support with regulatory and stakeholder coordination, collaboration with the selected GC/CM during design and support throughout the construction phase.
