(1) Vendor needs to provide professional appraisal services of jewellery and foreign currency to the government authority located in Atlantic, NJ.– Provide professional appraisal services for unclaimed tangible personal property.– Identify jewellery composition and materials;– Determine authenticity of precious metals and gemstones;– Distinguish costume jewellery from valuable items;– Provide estimated fair market value for each item or grouped lot;– Identify notable designer, estate, antique, or collectible items where applicable; and– Provide written appraisal reports suitable for municipal disposition and auction support.– Identify country of origin and denomination;– Determine whether currency is current or obsolete;– Convert values to U.S. currency using current exchange rates where applicable;– Identify collectible or numismatic value beyond face value; and(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.
