Environmental Testing, Evaluation, and Management

The City of Pueblo is requesting proposals for environmental services related to the development/redevelopment of housing projects including demolition of unsafe structures, renovation of existing structures, infill housing, and new construction. Services are listed in the PRICING PROPOSAL ; site determination is on-going and all sites will be located within the Pueblo City limits. The environmental firm (Consultant) and their subcontractors will also be responsible for assisting the Project Manager by attending pre-construction meetings, providing technical assistance when needed, conducting progress inspections, and performing clearance inspections.
