Putnam County School District RFP #054-0031-2540: Districtwide Tree Trimming, Removal, and Maintenance Services

The Putnam County School District (PCSD) invites proposals from experienced contractors for tree maintenance services at all district facilities. Services include trimming, pruning, removal, stump grinding, and emergency response. Our goal is to partner with a vendor who can help keep our campuses safe, attractive, and well-protected for students, staff, and visitors. The chosen contractor will handle both scheduled and on-call tree services, especially after severe weather. Tasks may include removing trees and branches, raising canopies, clearing vegetation near power lines and buildings, hauling debris, and cleaning up sites, all while following local, state, and federal rules. PCSD looks for vendors who are professional, reliable, and skilled in tree care, with the right licenses, insurance, and compliance with ANSI A300 standards.
