Description
Project Title Short Description of Services The City is seeking assistance to design and implement Protective-Permissive Left Turn (“PPLT”) traffic signal operations at two (2) intersections . The intersections are located at: Alton Parkway and Monarch Alton Parkway and Catalina In addition, the consultant will be required to provide meticulous quality control and constructability reviews of its project plans and schedules to competitively bid the improvements, control costs, and minimize change orders.
