(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Salisbury, NC.  – Clean and free of dust, stains, lint, surface soil and cobwebs.– Drinking fountains are cleaned daily and as needed. – The exterior and drain tray of ice machines are cleaned daily.  – Clean public restrooms.    – Vacuum carpets, entrance mats, and runners.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) This bid is set–aside for service–disabled veteran–owned small business.
