(1) Vendor needs to provide large item drop off and pickup services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL. – Provide for a large item collection and drop off service for residents of county.– Curb side service will be limited to persons residing within the boundary of County, and not within the corporate limits of the city living in single family or duplex units.– Items eligible for non–electronic large item collection are as follows: couches (including sectional couches), chairs, tables, refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, dishwashers, water heaters, window air conditioners, mattresses, box springs, doors, shelving units, TV consoles, stereo consoles, and carpet pieces 5 feet in width or less. – Items NOT eligible: electronics, automobile parts, engine blocks, scrap metal, tires, furnaces, central air conditioning units, portable heaters, construction and remodelling waste (such as dry wall, brick, concrete, siding, lumber, paint), an(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
