(1) Vendor needs to provide supervisory control and data acquisition system to the government authority located in Ft Steele, WY. • Provide a completely integrated system to monitor and control the water feed and filtration systems• Equipment Supply: Provision of all controller hardware, field modules, enclosures, network peripherals, and cloud–hosted top–end software.• Electrical Installation: Reworking the existing Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) panel, including mounting all new modules, performing all wire and conduit labor, and terminating all field connections per the approved I/O summary.• Graphics Quality: Dynamic Human–Machine Interface (HMI) screens must display custom, high–resolution process graphics.• Core Applications: The application suite must natively feature graphical historical trending modules (down to 1–second sampling intervals), custom tabular report generators (exportable to standard CSV formats), an active alarm management console, and a permanent, searchable audit trail tracking all operator modifications• Cybersecurity Standards: The platform must enforce strict multifactor authentication (MFA), role–based tiered access permissions (Operator, Supervisor, Engineer), session timeout locks, and credential encryption across all remote diagnostic links.• User Interface: Access must be fully web–ready and securely reachable via standard browsers on mobile devices, tablets, and desktop computers without per–seat licensing penalties.
