(1) Vendor needs to provide corner store operator services to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.– Lease space within the ERC (Entrepreneurial Resource Center) at the Mix–Use Apartments for the operation of a convenience grocery store that sells food items to include fresh fruits and vegetables , grab and go meals, medical supplies, household items, and other goods of a nature commonly sold at stores located in a residential neighborhood.(2) A non–mandatory site visit will be held on July 23, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
