Description
The County of Sacramento, Department of Personnel Services, Training and Organization Development department (T&OD) invites qualified vendors to submit bids to provide mentoring software to support a Countywide mentoring initiative. T&OD understands that mentoring software is essential to ensuring a successful experience by both mentors and mentees. It is our expectation that the software will reduce and streamline administrative tasks, will provide a mechanism for monitoring progress toward achieving initiative goals, and will integrate with existing enterprise systems including SAP.
