Childcare Facility Architectural Services

General work description: The City entered into the conceptual phase of the development of a Childcare Facility. The City is developing an RFI to determine what parties may be available to partner with the City to provide childcare services in a facility to be built by the City. The City seeks to contract with an architectural firm to develop conceptual design plans and rough cost estimates for the construction of a childcare facility that would be approximately 9,000 to 18,000 sq. ft. in size on a 2 acres lot serviced by municipal water and sewer with three phased power. Additional follow on contractual services would include final design and construction oversight of the project.
