The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Project Title , on behalf of the Planning and Zoning for Architectural and Engineering Services for a EPOCH facility, located at 505 East Walnut Street (and corner of Chestnut Tree Road) in Hebron, MD, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. The County is utilizing a combination of State and local funds. Proposal Award and Contract are contingent on State and local funding sourcing availability. The County is seeking a qualified firm to perform architectural and engineering services for all planning, design, and bid phases for these improvements.
