Description
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for services to load, transport, and deploy approximately 2,000 tons of concrete material that is staged at the Artificial Reef Program staging area located at 1060 Gulf Blvd., Clearwater, Florida. Material will need to be loaded onto a barge or other appropriate vessel and transported approximately 19 nautical miles to the Kings Artificial Reef location. Vessel is to be anchored or securely moored in a preset location marked by Pinellas County via a Bouy. Material is then to be offloaded at that location to create an artificial reef with a maximum profile of 13.5 feet. Deployment of all material is to be done in no more than two trips.
