(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Develop a recruitment strategy that will target a diverse and well–qualified pool of candidates for the position.  – Recruit candidates and solicit resumes through the firm’s direct contacts/databases and through various other sources such as professional and industry groups.– Evaluate candidates through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom/Teams and telephone and face–to–face interviews to determine if they meet the basic requirements of the position, and conduct preliminary reference checks of the best–qualified candidates to determine an appraisal of their qualifications and to identify obvious strengths and weaknesses related to the position.– Present a list of five best–qualified candidates along with a summary of employment history, an appraisal of qualifications, and an assessment of their strengths and weaknesses for a position without rank.– Manage all candidate communication, including scheduling interviews for the finalists.– Conduct a thorough reference and background check for a potential hire, including education, work history, financial/credit, criminal checks and social media.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
