Contracted Consultation, Planning, Design, Professional Development, and Implementation of a Bilingual Academy for High School Multilingual Learners (MLs)

Purpose of Proposal : The Division of Bilingual/ESL Education at Passaic Public Schools is looking to establish visions for excellent Bilingual and English as a Second Language teaching and learning, including but not limited to an enhanced curriculum, identifying high-quality instructional materials and resources in grades K-12, and providing professional development for teachers on the implementation of the selected materials and updated curriculum. Additionally, p rofessional development, training, coaching, mentoring to teachers, principals, staff of the Division of Bilingual/ESL Education, and all stakeholders to build capacity and create a viable instructional program for Multilingual Learners.
