Purpose of Proposal : The vendor shall provide all of the following services: Consulting and technical support throughout the process of program development and implementation of a Bilingual Academy for High School MLs. Professional development, training, coaching, mentoring to teachers, principals, and staff of the Division of Bilingual/ESL Education to build capacity and create a viable instructional program for newcomer MLs. Vendors must provide specific information, explaining how each company can satisfy the needs of District. Please also indicate what specifics skills and knowledge district staff will acquire as a result of each staff development opportunity.
