(1) Vendor needs to provide Identity Management platform.– The platform must include the following specifications based on a legacy identity management system developed within the PeopleSoft environment to a moder third–party Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform,– Provide secure, scalable, and centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM).– Enable seamless integration with existing systems and applications.– Integration Capabilities– Seamlessly integrate with existing systems, including, but not limited to:– Student Information Systems (e.g., Oracle/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions)– Learning Management Systems (Blackboard)– Productivity suite (Office 365)– Cloud–hosted solution (preferably on AWS or equivalent).– Support for Distributed architecture.– API–based integration for custom workflows.– Role–based access control and attribute–based access control ABAC and delegated administration – Compliance with state and federal mandates for identity security.– Reduce threat vectors through centralized governance.– Ability to incorporate into existing branded portals for each institution.– Provide identity correlation to remediate duplicate accounts.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
