Jackie Robinson Ballpark Renovations Design-Build

The City of Daytona Beach has a storied history of professional baseball. Jackie Robinson played the first integrated professional baseball game at what is now known as the Jackie Robinson Ballpark, named in his memory. The ballpark is currently utilized by the community and the City’s primary tenant, the Daytona Tortugas, a Single-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. This facility is also utilized for the Bethune Cookman University (BCU) Baseball Team. The City of Daytona Beach is now seeking Professional Design-Build Services for the completion of major facility improvements, which will preserve the legacy of Jackie Robinson. These improvements will meet or exceed Major League Baseball Standards for Minor League Facilities (MLB Standards) and provide enhancements to other fan amenities.
