Description
It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe laboratory soil testing services being requested by Zone 7 Water Agency (Agency). The Agency intends to award a three (3) -year Blanket PO or contract to the Bidder selected as the lowest responsive and responsible Bidders whose response meets the Agency’s requirements. The term of the Blanket PO or contract would be July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. The Agency seeks to find a commercial laboratory to perform laboratory soil testing work for disposal compliance purposes on an as-needed basis.
