Tent and Furniture Rentals

The Rose Bowl Operating Company (RBOC) is seeking to secure the services of a qualified firm to provide tent and furniture rentals for the Rose Bowl Stadium and adjacent Brookside Golf Courses for all Major Events and specified Community and Enterprise Events. The Rose Bowl Stadium is an 89,766-seat outdoor stadium and is the venue for UCLA home football games, the annual Rose Bowl Game®, international soccer games, large concerts and multi-day music festivals. “Major Events” are defined as those events where attendance is in excess of 20,000 patrons. An average of twenty-five (25) Major Events take place at the Stadium each year. In addition, services will be needed for approximately fifteen (15) Enterprise and Community Events. The initial term of the contract is for one (1) year, commencing on July 1, 2023, with two (2) one-year options to renew, at the sole discretion of the RBOC Chief Executive Officer / General Manager with all terms and conditions of the initial term of the contract applying to any such extensions.
