Bidding for rental equipment (sample of rental items potentially needed: various sized tents and all tent accessories, linens, chairs, tables, flooring, fencing and screening, pipe & drape, staging including ADA compliant options, wire bridge, and grills) for the annual Washington County Fair. Quantities and type of equipment needed is subject to change each year. The contract will be for one year beginning with the 2023 Fair, with the option to renew for an additional four, one-year terms not to exceed a total of five years.
