ASM-2540 - USA (Fairfax, Virginia) - Residential and Commercial Property Management Services - Deadline July 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide residential and commercial property management services to the government authority located in Fairfax, VA. – The management plan and proposal should address the following areas and provide a comprehensive overview of how the property manager will manage these residential properties including account, procurement, compliance, staffing and personnel, maintenance, resident selection, relations and wait list management, and a comprehensive transition plan.   – The property manager shall maintain the buildings, appurtenances and grounds of the Property in accordance with standards reasonably established.– Property manager invoice the owner separately for all property management fees including the base management fees, any asset management fees, leasing commissions (if applicable) etc.– Provide read–only access to the offeror’s property management system, both operational and accounting.– Manager shall perform promotional, leasing and management activities required to lease apartment units in the Property as directed.– Maintain a marketing place which clearly outlines the strategy, outreach and marketing plan which would be implemented if the wait–list demand decreases.– Provide property management and maintenance services for 5 commercial properties.   (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 08, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for two years.          (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 03, 2026.
