Description

Dostarczane części autobusowe muszą być fabrycznie nowe, dobrej jakości, nieuszkodzone, nie mogą posiadać wad ukrytych oraz muszą być zgodne z opisem zawartym w załączniku nr 1a do SWZ. Nie dopuszcza się dostaw części regenerowanych lub składanych z udziałem części regenerowanych. Dostarczane części i przedmioty wyposażenia pojazdów związane z bezpieczeństwem ich użytkowania i ochroną środowiska wyszczególnione w załączniku nr 3 do rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 31 grudnia 2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia (t.j. Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 502 ze zm.) muszą spełniać jeden z warunków określonych w § 10 ww. rozporządzenia.
