Pave Strawberry Parking Lot (PID 004570A) - St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport STEP 2

This project consists of reconstructing and expanding the Strawberry Parking Lot along with reconstructing the South Overflow parking lot at St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport The lot was originally constructed as temporary and will now become a permanent parking lot. Construction will consist of construction surveys; clearing and grubbing; pavement demolition; dewatering; excavation; stormwater and pond improvements; drainage; ductile iron pipe and fittings for water main, effluent and reclaimed lines; subbase and asphalt pavement; lighting; signage; pavement marking; bus and entrance/exit shelters; security and non-security fencing; parking lot equipment and communications; security equipment and communications; fiber optics installations; all other associated work; and coordination with airport management and others as needed.
