The City of Meriden is seeking proposals from qualified cybersecurity service providers to deliver Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring and cybersecurity support services for the City’s information technology infrastructure. The selected vendor will provide continuous monitoring, threat detection, incident response assistance, and cybersecurity advisory services to help the City maintain a strong security posture across its technology environment. The objectives of this RFP are to: • Implement 24/7 security monitoring • Detect potential cybersecurity threats • Provide timely incident response guidance • Improve visibility into security events • Strengthen the City’s cybersecurity posture • Provide cybersecurity expertise and recommendations
