CONS-22132 - USA (Capitola, California) - Construction Manager Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager services to the government authority located in Capitola, CA.         – The Construction manager (CM) will review the overall project schedule as well as the construction schedule, sequencing analysis, and weather delay inclusions for acceptability, and reasonableness.– Construction manager with experience in supporting the development of affordable housing to provide construction management oversight of the 1.24–acre property into a residential community consisting of approximately 61 affordable rental housing units.– The CM will review the cost estimates prepared by the project cost estimator and prepare a document listing value analysis opportunity to be reviewed and considered.– The CM will review qualifications, exclusions, general conditions, staffing, schedule, and proposed contract modifications.– CM will review and comment on contractor’s review list of plans and specifications.– Construction management for affordable housing development projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
