Description
The City desires to obtain the services of outside firms or individuals to help the City perform Construction Management & Inspection Services on an “on-call” as needed basis for various projects. Task orders will be created under a Master Agreement and may include, but are not limited to, work within the City of Monterey, Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC), and/or to act as an extension of City staff. Each task will be based up on an agreed scope, schedule, and fee. The selected organization will provide the full range of services throughout all phases of project development, including design development, bidding, construction, inspections, and review of submittals/shop drawings.
