(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and communication services.– Develop comprehensive communications to engage new, and reengage previous visitors to the programs, activities and events– Elevate the position of the agency as destination and historic attraction, via story connections to the agency exhibit upgrades, and innovative programming generated internally and externally with stakeholders and partners.– Raise awareness, drive attendance to the agency virtual and onsite programs– Support in the development of strategy to identify opportunities for driving attendance and building subscribers and reach.– Improve digital reach, including newsletter subscribers and social media impressions– Recommend media strategies around customer–oriented initiative including bill affordability and rates, source water protection, drinking water quality, hydrant abuse, lead and copper rules.– Develop and implement comprehensive public information and media strategies around water quality issues and other topics as required.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
