– Vendor needs to provide website design, development and migration services. • Provide comprehensive redesign of website, the digital front door for a network of nine campuses serving.• Strategy and information architecture: Restructure navigation around the needs of prospective families, current families, prospective staff, donors, and community partners, with intuitive audience pathways from the homepage.• Search engine and AI optimization: Improve page–one visibility for high intent charter school searches through stronger positioning, location–specific pages, and enrollment–focused content.• Accessibility and performance: Deliver a fully responsive, mobile–optimized site meeting ADA standards, including color contrast, navigation accessibility, and link visibility.• Content migration: Consolidate and streamline existing content, elevating priority pages for families and staff while relocating compliance and administrative material.• Design system: Establish consistent page layouts, typography, imagery, color usage, and calls to action that reflect brand guidelines while allowing campuses to highlight their individual cultures.• Content and storytelling: Align copy, photography, and video with Messaging Framework, ensuring every school page connects back to the broader story.• School directory: Build searchable, filterable directory pages allowing families to identify schools by grade level, location, program, and ward.• Careers microsite integration: Create a seamless transition between the main site and the careers platform through unified navigation and visual experience.
