(1) Vendor needs to provide laboratory information management system.• Fully configured and tested Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) installation (cloud–hosted / Software as a service (SaaS). • Integration with Laboratory instruments and existing enterprise systems. • Ongoing technical support, maintenance, and software updates. • Document rejection of non–conforming samples with reason code and notification. • Maintain electronic Chain of Custody (COC) with e–signature capability. • Barcode / RFID scanning for sample login and tracking. • Track subcontracted analysis with associated accreditation documentation. • Track instrument calibration schedules, calibration data, and calibration due dates with automated alerts. • Generate client reports in configurable formats (PDF, Excel, EDDs). • Enforce role–based user access controls with unique user IDs and password.• Provide immutable raw data storage; original values preserved after edits. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
