Description
The work shall include furnishing and delivering air filters for use in City-owned and City-maintained facilities on an as-needed basis. Items include MERV 8 pleated panel filters, MERV 13 pleated panel filters, and MERV 8 external media link (tri-fold) filters in the sizes and estimated annual quantities shown on the Bid Form. All filters shall be new, first quality, UL 900 Listed, and kept in stock by the Contractor and available upon request. All deliveries shall be F.O.B. Destination, Salem, Virginia, with all freight and delivery charges included in the unit prices bid.
