Description

The County of Solano, Department of Health and Social Services Department, Child Welfare Services , hereinafter referred to as the “County,” intends to secure a contract with a qualified proposer to provide Wraparound Services to youth and families residing in and/or served by the County. The goals of the service outlined in this RFP are to provide strengths-based, trauma-informed, family centered services to youth and families in order to eliminate barriers to service delivery. Wraparound and FURS (Family Urgent Response System) Services are aimed to reduce the risk of out-of-home placement, youth entering higher levels of placement, and recidivism by bringing individuals, agencies, and the community together as a decision-making team with the central focus on meeting the needs of the child and family. family.
